Funds not appearing after depositing or withdrawing
It may be due to a temporary blockchain congestion. Wait a little longer to see if the funds appear. If withdrawing, confirm that you've used the correct account address.
You can also try to refresh the browser, and/or logout and log back into Myriad.
If you transferred USD1 on BNB Smart Chain, note that there is a minimum deposit threshold of $3. If your deposit is below this amount, it will not show in your account until the total reaches $3.
If the problem persists, it's possible that you transferred funds in a currency other than USD1 on BNB Smart Chain. If that's the case, your funds are still recoverable. Follow these steps:
- Go to myriad.markets/settings/private-key to export your private key.
- Import the private key into a compatible wallet such as Trust Wallet, MetaMask, or BNB Smart Wallet.
- Once imported, convert your funds to USD1 on BNB Smart Chain.
- Your balance will appear in your Myriad account instantly and will be ready to use.
