Community Guidelines

The Myriad Community communicates via Comments, X, Discord, Telegram, and other platforms.
Our goal is to make Myriad more interactive, collaborative, and insightful. These guidelines are here to help everyone get the most out of the conversation, whether you're sharing analysis, asking a question, or just joining the discussion.

Why Participate?

  • Spark thoughtful conversations about individual prediction markets.
  • Share reasoning, questions, and perspectives.
  • Help the community learn together and improve forecasting accuracy.

What we expect

To keep things respectful and productive:
  • Be kind and respectful, especially when you disagree.
  • Stick to the topic and keep comments relevant to the market.
  • Engage with ideas, not people.
  • Share your thinking clearly, and back it up when possible.
  • Keep your message clear and to the point.
  • Assume others are participating in good faith.

What’s not allowed

We will remove comments, posts, or any publications that include:
  • Personal attacks, harassment, hate speech, or discrimination.
  • Spam, repetitive content, self-promotion, or unrelated links.
  • False or misleading claims, or anything illegal.
  • Attempts to manipulate markets or intentionally mislead the community.
  • Sharing someone else’s personal or private information without consent.

Helpful tips

Want to be a great participant?
  • Explain why you believe what you do. For example: β€œI think X will happen because Y just occurred.”
  • Link to credible sources or recent news when possible.
  • Ask good questions or suggest alternative scenarios.
  • Be open to disagreement and keep the tone constructive.
  • Keep your content concise and on-topic.

Moderation

  • We may remove comments, posts and publications that break these guidelines, with or without warning.
  • Repeated violations may result in losing privileges.
  • Moderation is handled by the Myriad team or trusted moderators.
  • Serious issues may lead to broader Myriad account restrictions.

Language

To ensure that all users can understand and engage with discussions, opinions must be written in English.
Using a single shared language helps keep markets transparent, avoids fragmentation of information, and ensures fair access to insights across the entire community.
Opinions written in other languages may be removed.
